Sturt Desert Pea

Only a lucky few ever see these hard to grow plants. Their seeds remain dormant for years waiting for the right amount of rain before they sprout. As if that weren't difficult enough, many tourists selfishly take a few of the bright red flowers for their own purposes, damaging the plant.
